My brother-in-law just sent me a great article about a drug used for people coming off of alcohol and narcotic additions that has been used successfully with Crohn's (89% of patients using it showed improvement, and 67% achieved remission of symptoms!), and I plan to ask my doctor about it next week at my appointment.
